DjangoFest Northwest is the premier showcase of gypsy jazz music in North America!

Now in its 17th year, Djangofest Northwest is the premier showcase of gypsy jazz music in North America.

Thousands of musicians and music lovers flock to Langley for five days of performances, workshops, and informal “djam sessions” that just seem to happen around Whidbey Islands “Village by the Sea.”

Djangofest Northwest celebrates the gypsy jazz style of French guitarist Django Reinhardt, one of the most innovative guitarists of the 20th century.

WICA became host to Djangofest when local residents saw Festival Django Reinhardt in Samois-sur-Seine, in France and agreed that Whidbey Island would be a great place for a similar event.
