Boat Launches

Getting out on the water is a wonderful part of visiting Whidbey and Camano islands. Here’s are our boat launches.  Be sure to also check our list of marinas.  You can find it here...

    Mariners Cove Boat Ramp

    This boat ramp is located in a small, 1/4 acre, county park that has access to Saratoga Passage.  There is limited parking and is in a residential area.

    Monroe Landing

    This landing offers access to Penn Cove from the north side of the cove.  Amenities include parking and interpretive signs.

    Mutiny Bay

    This launch has ample parking for boat trailers about 200 yards from the launch.  A small county park, Frank Robinson Park, is next to the launch and offers beach access.  It is not usable at low tide. This is owned in partnership with Island County.

    Oak Harbor Marina

    Nestled between historic downtown Oak Harbor and the Navy’s seaplane base, this full-service marina is a beautiful stop for people boating around Puget Sound.     Possession Beach Boat Launch

    This newly renovated boat launch is popular for boaters at the south end of Whidbey Island and provides access to both Saratoga Passage and Admiralty Inlet.

    South Whidbey Harbor at Langley

    The marina features 41 slips, 330 feet of linear moorage, restrooms, showers, free Wi-Fi, and a boat ramp.  Kayaks rentals and lessons are also offered.

    Utsalady Point County Park

    This is a small park, only 1/2 acre in size, but with picnicking and classically beautiful views across the water to the Cascade Mountain Range.

    Windjammer Park

    Windjammer Park is a 28.5 acre park that is Oak Harbor’s major community park. It also has a boat ramp.
