Whidbey and Camano Islands are filled with beautiful places to visit.  You can hike through forests, walk wide-open and uncrowded beaches with spectacular views of Puget Sound.

    This 12 acre county park features a 1 mile long easy trail with dramatic views of the small islands in the northern part of Skagit Bay.

    Deception Pass State Park is outstanding for breathtaking views of a sea-filled canyon, iconic bridge, old-growth forests and wildlife.

    Dugualla State Park Property

    This state park property (although not an officially-listed state park) offers a complex of hiking trails including a 3-mile (round trip) hike to the beach.

    Oak Harbor Heritage & Waterfront Trails

    Walk the Oak Harbor waterfront.  From Scenic Heights Road you can walk through the Freund Marsh to the Oak Harbor Marina.

    Windjammer Park is a 28.5 acre park that is Oak Harbor’s major community park. It also has a boat ramp.
