Island Shakespeare Festival
The Island Shakespeare Festival is a summer outdoor theatre celebration of the works of William Shakespeare, other writers, and the acting craft. Performances run Thursday through Sunday in July and Wednesday though Sunday in August. 2019 Features, "A Midsummer Night's Dream," "The Winter's Tale," and an adaptation of Dante's "Inferno."

The Ragnar Relay Race is a running event involving several hundred teams. Members run legs of the race that starts near the Canadian border in Blaine on Friday and ends in Langley on Whidbey Island on Saturday. Greenbank Farm is celebrating Second Saturdays at the Farm from 2pm - 5pm. Every Second Saturday of the month there will be light refreshments, music, art demonstrations and creative fun opportunities for guests of all ages.
