Acoustic Transitions is a Seattle area duo combining the talents of veteran musician Pat Timmons and emerging artist Sydney Day, who have been playing together since November 2013.

Pat and Sydney play a mix of favorites and originals in a variety of styles from moving ballads to rockin’ get-up-and-dance energizers.
