Cheese Class at Orchard Kitchen with Glendale Shepherd

$100Join Orchard Kitchen for a hands-on instruction and lunch to mark the beginning of Whidbey Island Grown Week. Glendale Shepherd is one of its partners in producing great local food; which is why it uses their cheese and yogurt almost every week on its menus. Lynn Swanson, Cheese Maker Extraordinare, will explain, taste and discuss her cheeses and her journey to becoming an award-winning cheese maker.
About Orchard Kitchen Cooking Classes
We offer hands-on, “farm to table” experiences, designed to educate and engage your senses. One class ticket includes: • 1 & ½ hours of cooking instruction • Family Style Lunch • 2 glasses of wine per person • Coffee or Tea service.
Class arrival is at 10:30am. Please arrive as close to 10:30am as possible to allow us to complete our set up for the class. Lunch is around 12:30pm. Please note: We will run the class as long as we have at least 4 students attending. In the case of cancellation, your tickets can be applied to another class. We will contact you in the event we need to cancel on the Friday before the class.
Tickets at the Orchard Kitchen are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to someone else. However we are unable to refund fees and all payments are final. We look forward to feeding you!
