Halloween Torchlight Parade

Coupeville gets a little strange (but its all in good fun) with the annual Halloween Torchlight Parade.
- 4:45 pm – Costume judging at Cook’s Corner Park (9th St. & Main)
- 5:00 pm – Parade
- Right after the parade, costume winners announced
- 5:45 pm – Right after the parade, fun games and activities at the Coupeville Elementary Schoo’s Annual Fall Festival.
- Evening – Downtown merchants have some surprises in store.
