Jet Boat Racing – Hydros for Heroes

The jet boats roar returns to Whidbey Island with the 4th annual "Hydros for Heroes." It's American Power Boats Association (APBA) registered national and regional professional charity racing event. This event is meant to highlight the Heroes in our local community, such as the members of the military, law enforcement, firefighters, teachers and health care professionals.

This professional racing event draws more than 50 regional race teams, which include some of the sport’s top names and even the Grand Prix boats, which hit speeds of more than 150 miles an hour. About 10,000 fans are expected over this two-day event! Bring your friends, bring your family, and come have a GREAT time by the water! Hydros For Heroes is a FREE event to the public!

There will be two beer gardens and many vendors along Bayshore Drive for the public!

Each year "Hydros for Heroes" gets better and better and this one is shaping up to be the best ever!
