This professional racing event draws more than 50 regional race teams, which include some of the sport’s top names and even the Grand Prix boats, which hit speeds of more than 150 miles an hour. There will be 10 boat classes including the Grand Prix boats which are the fastest piston engine boats on the water
Practice racing is Friday, September 11, with competition set for Saturday and Sunday.
Bring your friends, bring your family, and come have a GREAT time by the water! Hydros For Heroes is a FREE event to the public!
There will also be Tailgate camping on Pioneer Way where people can camp right on the road with great racing right in front of their RV's.
There will be two beer gardens and many vendors along Bayshore Drive for the public!
Each year "Hydros for Heroes" gets better and better and this one is shaping up to be the best ever!
