Know Your Weeds Class and Work Party

Attend a hands-on workshop on April 14 to learn about the widely invasive Poison Hemlock, which poses a danger to humans, dogs, and other animals due to its toxicity. The workshop will be led by Seth Luginbill, an expert from the Island County Noxious Weed Control Board, who will teach attendees how to identify and eradicate this dangerous weed. Through practical experience removing Poison Hemlock from a field at Greenbank Farm, participants will have the opportunity to hone their removal skills while contributing to the benefit of the local community.
