Designed for participant’s individualized healing expression using the teacher’s guided and uniquely created art modality of combining images with words to navigate and release emotions, stress, anxiety, trauma or personal issues.
Discover your layers through both hidden, revealed and personally-embellished art in this intuitive and process based approach to art making. Time for optional & confidential sharing provided at class end.
Materials provided for two dimensional work or bring your chosen favorites for 2D and/or your choice of 3D creations.
All Levels: Beginning to Advanced Artists, Writers, & Internal Explorers

Facilitated with changing themes by Gaylynn Beuthien: Local Artist and Teacher and Healing Thru Arts facilitator with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, Master’s in Education, WA State Endorsed Art Teacher, Art with Heart Facilitator, and PESI Art Therapy Training.
This adult art class is FREE & open to the public.
