It’s The Water (Bread Baking Discovered)

Bread formulas and ingredients explored. Learn to use and understand published recipes, as well as create and replicate your own recipes. Baker’s math and record keeping. There will be samples, process tips, abundant reference materials, baking calculators and ingredient data, bibliographies and more.
Intended Audience: Some experience baking bread. Wishes to refine skills and knowledge of the process and ingredients.
