July begins and ends with a blast as the Whidbey Island Area Fair moves to a brand new week! That’s a time to savor summer around here and what better way than with an old-fashioned county fair! It will come complete with carnival rides, 4-H exhibits, crafts and farm animals. It’s a small-town fair for the whole family!
