Whidbey Island Garden Tour
Cancelled

Wooden sign says Welcome to our garden. There is dragonfly made out of metal on it.

June 27 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

$20.00

Cancelled due to COVID-19

There are gardens, and then there are those better described as living outdoor art galleries. Each year five of these extraordinary galleries are opened to the public for just one day. Privately-owned, these gardens exhibit fine craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a whole lot of hard work. Your opportunity to explore these gardens is both a chance to drink in the atmosphere of these extraordinary places and be inspired to bring such care to your own yard.

The gardens are as different as their owners, but all share the common thread of creating an amazing sense of place.  This is a self-guided tour around the island. On arrival you’ll have a chance to see the gardens that were selected as this year’s best of the best. You’ll not only see the best in horticulture, but the best in design, often incorporating features like ponds and waterfalls to create.  The gardens are not only a great spot for plants, but a nurturing environment for people, as well.  Proceeds from the tour benefit a diverse group of Whidbey caThere are gardens, and then there are those better described as living outdoor art galleries.
