Meeting Venues

The closest meeting and event space to the historic seaside town of Coupeville is the Pacific Rim Institute with five meeting and event spaces. At 1,400 square feet, The Granary is ideal for speaking events or presentations for up to 90 guests theater style and features high ceilings, a podium and a mounted projector with a screen.

Garrison Hall is the Fort Casey Inn’s meeting space. It is tucked behind a row of orderly historical houses that are the Inn. The two-level hall features an upper level with a full kitchen and a large serving area, a 420 square-foot lower level room for up to 45 guests, and a 400 square-foot deck.

The former 1900s military camp has a picturesque setting with large stretches of green parade grounds, beach access, and views of Admiralty Inlet and the Olympic Mountains. The property has several meeting and event spaces as well as unique lodging options.

The Captain Whidbey is the island's beloved century-old inn and is full of rustic charm. Set along Penn Cove the property has lodge rooms and cabins facing the water, newer hotel rooms with lagoon views, two meeting spaces along with additional outdoor event spaces. The Captain Whidbey was updated in early 2019.
