Seawall Park is a small but scenic park that runs parallel to Langley’s main street. The park is easily reached by anyone walking through Langley and features picnic tables, beach access and a great view of Saratoga Passage and the Cascade mountains. The park is bounded on each side by Boy and Dog Park, and Thomas Hadkey Memorial Park. The park is owned by the city of Langley.
