Last Saturday of the Month: May – September On Camano Island, the farmers’ market at the South Camano Grange has the charm of a true neighborhood gathering. Held monthly during the warmer season, it brings together local farms, gardeners, artisans, bakers, and makers in a setting that feels welcoming and homespun. Camano Farm Ashram is a fitting vendor to highlight. It’s part farm, part community presence, and part reminder that farming can also be a practice of stewardship. Their produce, plants, and herbal remedies reflect Camano’s quieter side of living…thoughtful, hands-on, and deeply connected to place.
