Want to know who your event brought to Island County?
If you’re hosting a festival, race, market, celebration or other event, we may be able to help you understand its reach.
An Event Insights report can help answer questions like:
- Where did visitors come from?
- How far did they travel?
- How did this year’s event compare to last year’s?
- What does the data tell us about your event’s reach?
- Here’s how it works.

Data needs about six weeks after your event ends to fully process. - Tell us what you want to learn.
Complete the short request form with your event dates, location and a few other details. - Give us some lead time.
Submit your request at least two weeks before you need the final report.
Not sure exactly what data to request? That’s okay. Tell us about your event and we’ll help determine what will be most useful.
One thing to know about the numbers.
Event Insights are great at showing visitor patterns, where people came from and the broader reach of an event.
They’re not an attendance counter, so the report shouldn’t be used as an exact headcount. Very small, short or highly localized events may also have limited data.
