Drive-Thru Trick or Treating – Oak Harbor

Get an early jump on Halloween sweet treats as the Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce features a drive-thru Trick-or-Treat on Friday, October 28th from 4 pm to 6 pm.  It’s located in the park right next to the chamber offices (32630 SR 20 – Please enter from Izett St, near North Whidbey Middle School.)
