Holiday Lights Boat Parade

The annual Holiday Lights Boat Parade is December 7th at 4:30pm
The boats visit Penn Cove. It follows the Greening of Coupeville parade and tree lighting
Boats will be leaving the Oak Harbor Marina around the same time festivities start on Oak Harbor Main Street Association. Head down to Flintstone Park to catch a view of the boats. They sail into Penn Cove and can also be view by the Coupeville Wharf, following the Greening of Coupeville parade and tree lighting.
