Holland Happening & International Festival returns to Oak Harbor as a vibrant two-day spring celebration honoring Dutch heritage while embracing diverse cultures of Whidbey Island. The festival features live music, a lively street fair and parade, artisan vendors, international food, the iconic Klompen races, and so much more!

Saturday April 25th
- Parade: 11:00am – 1:00pm
- Street Fair: 11:00am -5:00pm
- Entertainment: 12:00 – 5:00pm

Join us April 25 for the Holland Happening & International Festival! This fun event kicks off our big celebration. Come see local groups, shops, and stars perform. This year is extra special. Everyone who enters the parade can join our new contest! Come see the fun and creativity of our community!
Location: The parade runs along Bayshore. It starts at SE Midway and ends in the lot near Ace Hardware.
