Shakespeare in a Backpack: A Community Tour from Island Shakespeare Festival | April 18 – May 3 2025
Island Shakespeare Festival is pleased to announce its first Island-wide Pay What You Will community tour with Shakespeare in a Backpack. Join us for a fast-paced, joy-fueled, one-hour theatrical romp through scenes from our upcoming summer season (“Much Ado About Nothing” and “Anima”) plus a few delightful surprises from other classic favorites. With just two dynamic actors, zero set pieces, and a whole lot of heart, this pop-up performance celebrates the magic of live theatre and the joy of rediscovering stories we thought we already knew.
PLEASE NOTE: This event will take place at various venues in Clinton, Langley, Freeland, Coupeville and Oak Harbor. See dates below for more details. Book in advance or pay-what-you-will at the door.
