Oak Harbor Chalk Art Contest

Free, family-friendly event – sign up to create some chalk art on Pioneer Way!
While you create there’ll be live music at the Pop-Up Plaza!
It’s open to all ages and there will be winners in four different categories.
Age 4 – 9 | $25 Popsies Gift Card
Age 10 – 15 | Whidbey Wonka’s Chocolate Co Gift Card
Age 16+ | Mad Batter Bakehouse Gift Card
Professional | $100 from Oak Harbor Main Street
