Orca Recovery Day with the Whidbey Camano Land Trust | October 18, 2025 from 10:00am – 2:00pm
This Family-friendly event with the Whidbey Camano Land Trust supports the Southern Resident Orca population. Enjoy hands-on educational activities throughout the day, including stewardship projects, guided hikes, scavenger hunts, and more. Plus, meet local organizations working to protect the Pacific Northwest’s most iconic species.
Walk and Talks
10:00am – 2:00pm | Beach clean-up, invasive species removal, hands-on booth activities and demos
10:30am – 12:00pm | Incredible Water Journey Walk – Learn about the role of water runoff and salmon restoration in Southern Resident Orca recovery
1:00pm – 2:00pm | Southern Resident Orca Recovery - Join the Orca Network to hear how organizations and people across the Pacific Northwest are making big and small changes to help Orca recovery in the Salish Sea.
