Pasta Making Classes: Wildly Beloved Foods | June thru November 2026

Learn the art of making fresh pasta at our workshop in Clinton, using the finest organic Italian semolina flour and water. In this 90 minute class, you will learn how to make pasta dough, shape it into a traditional shape from a region in Italy, and use a hand-cranked pasta machine. Expect a fun and hands-on class! And the best part? You can take home all of the fresh pasta you make! Wildly Beloved Foods will provide a simple charcuterie board, wine pairing, and a tasting of the fresh pasta made. Bring an apron, your favorite utensils, herbs to integrate into your pasta (optional), and wine to share if you wish! Fresh pasta made to be loved wildly!
