Sip & Science: Welcome Sounders Gray Whales!

April 12 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Free

Sip your favorite brew while you learn a thing or two! The Sip & Science series is meant to offer an informal, welcoming environment for learning about the world around you. No science background is necessary—just a thirst for knowledge!

Gray whales make one of the longest migrations of any mammal in the world. Each year a small group of grey whales, known as The Sounders, make a detour into North Puget Sound to feed on ghost shrimp. Learn more about these whales and help us welcome them to Whidbey.
