Snow Goose and Birding Festival on Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 9:00am – 5:00pm
Experience one of Western Washington’s most spectacular natural events – the annual winter gathering of thousands of Snow Geese and Trumpeter Swans. Come see why the shores and waters of the Puget Sound surrounding our community are internationally recognized as habitat for countless birds of sea, shore, and land.

Tickets:
$10.00 Per Person

Children 12 & Under FREE

10:00am | All About Owls
Brian Zinke is the Executive Director of the Pilchuck Audubon Society, which serves Snohomish County and Camano Island. His background as a wildlife biologist has taken him across several states where he’s worked to conserve endangered species and species of concern, such as black-footed ferrets and Great Gray Owls.

12:00pm | The Eagles of Camano Island

Pat Holmes, a local Camano Island resident and storyteller, will share bald eagle facts and stories using photos and videos.

2:00pm | White Birds of Winter

Martha Jordan, well-known swan biologist, will present a program regarding the changing landscape that our swans and snow geese face in migration and on their wintering grounds.

9:30am to 3:30pm | Snow Goose Shuttle Bus Tours providing Special Van to Fir Island
Florence & Leque Island

Every 30 Minutes Included in Entry Fee

10:00am to 2:00pm | Falconers at the Floyd – Live Birds!


(Lunch available ~ Home made soup & Rolls – $10.00 Per Person not included in entry fee.
 Served 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Floyd)
