No Tricks Safe Treats October 31st from 3:00-6:30pm
Trick or Treating at Oak Harbor Historic Downtown | Come downtown for a free, family-friendly Halloween event filled with trick-or-treating, music, face painting, costume contests, dancing, and more!
Downtown merchants and local businesses will line Pioneer Way, passing out candy to all the kiddos. Pioneer Way will be closed during the event to help create a safe and welcoming environment for families to enjoy Halloween downtown.
Bring your costumes, bring your candy bags, and get ready for a fun evening in downtown Oak Harbor!
