Whidbey Playhouse: Male Ensemble Northwest In Concert

Join us for a special afternoon concert event on Saturday, March 19, when Whidbey Playhouse presents the Male Ensemble Northwest!

Male Ensemble Northwest was formed in 1982 to demonstrate a high level of music making by choral conductors from the Pacific Northwest region and also to promote male choral singing. Included in the group is Oak Harbor’s own Darren McCoy, choral conductor at Oak Harbor High School.

This afternoon of choral music will feature musical styles from Ireland, Russia, Finland, the Silk Road, Haiti, and the USA.

Whidbey Playhouse currently requires proof of COVID 19 vaccination for entry by patrons to all events. Those unable to be fully vaccinated must have proof of a negative COVID test (taken within 72 hours of performance). Masks are required of all patrons while in the Whidbey Playhouse, regardless of your vaccination status.
