Whidbey Playhouse: The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee

This is not your parent’s spelling bee! It’s another year when the local spelling bee contestants duke it out for a place at the National Spelling Bee. See how reading the dictionary, magic feet, helicopter dads, and speaking a whole lot of languages figures into the competition, overseen by a former champion. Juice boxes, please! Rated PG13.

This show will be at the Whidbey Playhouse (730 SE Midway Blvd, Oak Harbor, WA 98277) on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from Feb 2 – 25, 2024. Friday and Saturday start at 7:30, and Sunday matinee starts at 2:30. There will be no show on February 11th, but there will be a matinee at 2:30 on February 10th.
