Newly constructed 3 bedroom (with 3 queen beds), 3 bath home, located at Lagoon Point in Greenbank, with beach access a short walk away. Perfect for 6 people (3 couples), but can accommodate up to 8 total. The living area and 2 bedrooms are located upstairs with views and deck access, and the TV room, pool table, and 3rd bedroom (with no interior access-must access from outside) all add to this perfect getaway on the ground floor. Eat on the expansive deck upstairs, which spans the entire length of the home, or in the cozy dining area attached to the kitchen. You don’t want to miss the sunsets from this home! Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom, with a separate entrance, and comes with its own TV, mini fridge and microwave! The garage has been converted into a pool table room and is perfect on warmer days to open up and expand your space onto the patio covered by the upper deck, which leads out to a yard just begging for games to be played! An added bonus is the secluded fire pit area, perfect for roasting smores and star gazing. Walk just down the street to the beach access for fishing, collecting rocks, beach walks, or just breathing in the fresh air!

If it is the outdoors you want, there are plenty of places to trek or bicycle, fish, or whale watch here on Whidbey Island. Enjoy hiking at Admiralty Head Lighthouse, Ebey’s Landing Trail, or Loop Trail. Go fishing in one of Whidbey Island’s numerous lakes or beaches, or just relax in this beautiful home where there are countless places to walk, bike, hike, swim, scuba, read a book, and enjoy the peace and serenity of the water.

2 Dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis. Small dogs (30 lbs or less) are only allowed. A $50 Pet fee applies (Airbnb pet fee requested separately after booking when a pet is indicated to join reservation) No Cats allowed.

We have 2 outdoor cameras, one above the downstairs entrance and a second in front of the house pointed out towards the street.

Due to our septic system, infants are included in max. occupancy.
