House is bordered to the south by a protected wetland with 1/4 mile of private beach. Access by boat with deep water moorage available. Watch bald eagles, seals, otters, whales, great blue herons, deer and red winged blackbirds just to name a few of the magnificent species outside. There is a stone fire pit, BBQ and crab pot. Relax in the hot tub while watching the ferries crossing to Mukilteo or sit on the deck with a good book and glass of wine.
