Views of the Saratoga Passage, Cascade Mountains, and the twinkle of city lights from across the sound sparkle in this 3 bed, 3 bath multi-living view home. The moment you drive down this private road, you get a warm, inviting feeling and a sense of privacy while still retaining the comfort of neighborly homes. Upon entering the front door, you are greeted by soaring ceilings and beautifully painted concrete floors laden with in-floor heating for the winter months.

The open floor plan allows for a great sense of space. The primary bedroom is equally grand in size up the stairs, which has a king bed, and the attached bath has a large jetted soaking tub.

Downstairs the living space is ideal for gathering and includes a futon for sleeping up to 6 total in the main house (4 additional in the apartment). The second bedroom, with walkout views of the water, is on the main living floor. The second bathroom in the main house is off the kitchen and has a glass-enclosed shower. A washer and a dryer are also included in this space.

The newly completed guest apartment above the garage is separately accessed from the parking area, providing an additional living space, full kitchen, bath and bedroom. The bedroom in the guest apartment has a comfortable queen bed and a queen futon in the living room.

Due to our septic system, infants are included in max. occupancy.
