Find the perfect, and perfectly creative business meeting location on either Whidbey or Camano Islands.

We offer classic hotel meeting space, but with a small town flair. We also offer unusual spaces such as revamped barns complete with zip lines or century-old military forts.

Meeting planners, if your group needs to get out of their same old meeting routine, we just may have the place for you.

  • Coupeville Library

    In the heart of downtown, the Coupeville Library offers 806 square feet of meeting space for up to 110 guests. Room amenities include a whiteboard, microphone, projector screen, podium, and access to a kitchenette area.

  • Dancing Fish Vineyards

    Dancing Fish Vineyards has several meeting locations. The largest is the 1,600 square foot the Hospitality Barn that features high ceilings, large sliding barn doors, elegant wine-themed decor, and a commercial kitchen.

  • Fort Casey Inn

    Garrison Hall is the Fort Casey Inn’s meeting space. It is tucked behind a row of orderly historical houses that are the Inn. The two-level hall features an upper level with a full kitchen and a large serving area, a 420 square-foot lower level room for up to 45 guests, and a 400 square-foot deck.

  • Four Springs House

    Tucked within a 50-acre nature preserve Four Springs House provides a distinctive setting for your meeting or event. The Main House features a 900 square-foot room with a 15-foot vaulted ceiling.   • Freeland Hall

    Freeland Hall is ideal for presentations, lectures, and banquets. The 2,400 square-foot recently renovated historic building offers an event space that includes an upper room for up to 250 guests.

  • Freeland Library

    The Freeland Library has a 1,488 square-foot room for up to 70 guests. The room comes with a whiteboard, projector screen, podium, and access to a kitchenette.

  • Greenbank Farm

    Historic Greenbank Farm is one of the island’s landmark properties and considered a community treasure with local businesses and public spaces including a duck pond, garden, and nature trails. For event space, a large red barn seats up to 150 guests and features strings of lights, a cozy loft, and additional outdoor space with pastoral views.

  • Inn at Langley

    The Inn at Langley is rated as one of the top 500 hotels in the world by Travel & Leisure magazine. The Inn features a 600-square foot meeting room with views of Saratoga Passage that accommodates up to 20 guests.

  • Island County Fairgrounds

    Island County Fairgrounds has the largest space on the south end of the island. The Pole Building is a 3,040 square-foot barn with high ceilings, a three-foot-high stage, and large sliding barn doors.

  • Oak Harbor Library

    The Oak Harbor Library has a 1,230 square-foot meeting room for up to 78 guests and comes with a projector screen, white board, podium, and has access to a small kitchen.
