You search Camano Island and Stanwood for plastic clue balls. When you find one, follow the instructions inside and get a beautiful hand-blown glass ball from the father-son team of Mark & Marcus Ellinger.
Mark Ellinger is one of the glass artists on the tour. He and his son are the artists behind the Great Northwest Glass Quest.
