Holland Happening & International Festival
Downtown Oak Harbor Pioneer Way and Dock Street, Oak HarborHolland Happening 2018 celebrates the many cultures that have come together in Oak Harbor. The festival began as an American version of “King’s Day” in the Netherlands, and marked the region’s Dutch heritage. But with 2018, the festival will include booths, food, and exhibitions that will highlight the multi-cultural nature of Whidbey Island’s largest city.
