Holland Happening is Oak Harbor’s biggest springtime festival. It features traditional Dutch costumes, wooden shoe dancing, street parades, live music, food vendors, and a popular street fair. The festival attracts locals and visitors alike, providing a festive atmosphere blending Dutch and American traditions. A big favorite is the traditional Klompen canal races on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
The street fair is Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m. in historic downtown Oak Harbor.
The annual parade is 11 a.m. Saturday.
