Whidbey Art Gallery March to Spring

We’re marching toward spring at Whidbey Art Gallery on Second St in Langley and are looking forward to our new members’ theme show, appropriately named ‘Buds’. Come to the first Saturday Art Walk on March 4 from 5-7 and meet many of the artists. Bring your friends and family. Art is in bloom and the gallery is filled with colorful inspiration. We have something for everyone – paintings, photography, jewelry, sculpture, pottery, ceramics, and an entire section of greeting cards, all suitable for framing. We hope to see you at the Whidbey Art Gallery at art walk or anytime. Our hours are Sunday- Thursday 11-4 and Friday/Saturday 10-5.
Our featured artist this month is Siri Bardarson. Her bold and colorful digital art is captivating and unique. Siri loves tulips the symbol of her favorite transitional season SPRING! This subject for her work as featured artist lends itself to her gestural, energetic style.
