The Port of South Whidbey are the caretakers of sixty-five miles of shoreline and six public beaches. They own or manage nearly a dozen interesting properties, half of which include public boat ramps, and one with a fishing pier and dock. The picturesque South Whidbey Harbor at Langley is among these properties, with views across the Salish Sea to Camano Island. If your production requires access to the water, you’ve come to the right place!
Many of these waterfront properties are community parks, one of which includes a playground. From another park, you can watch the ferry come and go, or drop a crab pot over the pier. The Port also owns a 200-slot parking lot, conveniently located directly above the Clinton ferry terminal. Recently they also took over management of Island County’s fairgrounds in Langley. This is a historic gem, with buildings dating back to the 1930s! A classic looking county fairground, this property contains two commercial kitchens and a campground with hot showers; along with all the barns, arenas, and stages you would expect.
