    Admiralty Head Lighthouse

    Admiralty Head Lighthouse was built in 1903, replacing an earlier lighthouse. It is a popular place for visitors as part of Fort Casey State Park.

    Amenities include a floating dock and boat trailer parking. Picnic tables, barbecues, and a public restroom are also available.

    Coupeville Town Park is a classic 3.8 acre park with a wonderful view of Penn Cove.  The park features a bandshell, playground, and mature evergreen trees.

    Located in Ebey’s Reserve, Driftwood Beach is a long beach with great views of the Olympic Mountains and is popular for salmon fishing.

    Fort Casey State Park is a 467-acre marine camping park with a lighthouse and sweeping views of Admiralty Inlet and the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

    Fort Ebey State Park, a 645-acre camping park on Whidbey Island, was originally built as a coastal defense fort in World War II.

    Sculptures from established artists from all over the country greet you along two forest trails in this 16-acre park.

    Rhododendron Park is a 32-acre county-owned park with three groomed ball fields, a covered picnic area, and bathrooms. There’s also an extensive trail system for hikers. The park also features 15 campsites ($15 a day). Three can fit RVs, but there’s only water, no electricity or dump. Closed each off-season from October 1st through March…
